Jio is cheating the customer around the world. My jio data balance has been exhausted and jio care showing that it will be restore after 2.00 hours. I have checked after 2 hours and still it was not been restored. I am attaching herewith the screenshot which was showing the results before 2 hours and after 2 hours. I urgently need to one send mail but cause of your false commitment i am not able to send the same and i really get flustrated as person who is waiting for my mail ask me to forget it all as you don’t have the importance of time. I am providing you the proof and same complaint i will launch against jio to telecommunication department governed by India. Also i will circulate the same through social media like whats app, facebook, you tube video, instagram, twitter etc.
If you really want that i should not go further you have to pay Rs. 3.5 Lakhs as a compensation as i have incurred my faith as well as financial loss only cause of jio.
