My internet connection was not working , for which I had raised a SR on 4 Jul 2021 , and now , even after 15 days remains unresolved.
It is an extremely harsh reality that the service provider which says that the services will be restored or addressed in 24 hours , has been absolutely irresponsible in restoring the services even after multiple follow ups.
We have talked to the supervisor as well, tried to escalate the SR , but still no luck.
There was only once that the representative came to just see if the connection was working , but there was no action afterwards.
and even when we try to escalate the same using the apellate.Kolkata , we recieve their typical response “Our team is working on your request on priority and will provide updated status to you within 24-48 Hrs.” , but no resolution even after 48 hours.
