Sub: Internet connection not provided as assured during International roaming plan.
My complaint:-
As a subscriber of Postpaid Vi mobile service in India, I started roaming plan for 28 days in USA on 25 July 2022. I have no internet supply. I tried all technical support suggestions. But none worked. I am following up will Vodafore -Idea by. phone, whatsapp, mail etc. But no response even from Nodal & Appellate Authorities.
