- I bought a new broadband connection from Airtel.I made online payment of rs 5232 INR to Airtel for 6 months plan on 1st june and all documents submitted to their agent.The usual TAT for installation is maximum 48 hours internet not installed yet.I am doing work from home and unable to complete my work as Airtel delayed to install connection.I tried to contact customer care but they are just saying for waith.I am loosing Rs 2000 INR per day as i am not able to do work from home.
