We complaint about the network unavailability of two connections. team came and after checking they inform us that the issue is with the main line and your complaint is forwarded to the higher authority. they will come and rectify the issue. so far nobody came not even a single call. the connection is in a school and having four same connections among two are not working at present due poor service we had to discontinue one of the connections. now two are totally dead even after paying the bill regularly without any delay
