Dear Airtel Team,

I took Airtel broad band connection on 19th March 2020 for 3 month’s subscription. Also paid full 3months in advace.

For 1 week internet was working fine. After 1 week, there was no internet and I raised an request on airtel thanks app.
I got a message that a person ( Name : Dayanand) will call me and resolve the issue soon, but he did not called me. Since I had an urgent meeting with clients, I called Dayanand and requested him to resolve the connection issue, but he asked me that why i raised the request in airtel app.

He told me that I will not come now and came after multiple request. Also before resolving he asked me Happy code and told he will resolve only if I give him the code. Since i had urgent requirement so i gave him code and he resolved ( changed modem)after 2 days.

But again after 1 week there was connection issue and i raised an request and again it was assigned to Dayanand. Again after multiple phone calls he is asking me why I raised complain, and he told me that he will not resolve today( reason he told me why I raised request in airtel app).

I am working from home and internet is required for that. But this behavior is really very strange.
If possible Kindly look into the issue ASAP, as such kind of person can loose customers and their trust on such a great Company.

I am writing this complain on 15th April 2020, from Mysore, Karnataka.
