I had GTPL connection in my office. Since approx two weeks, internet connection is not working. I had registered almost 5-6 complaint in GTPL online portal. But they are just closing complaint every time themself without resolving connection issue, Everytime i am calling customer care, they are saying we can’t do anything, They are just saying we will forward your complaint to upper desk. But still nothing has been done till now. I am not able to work in my office since 2 weeks because of this internet connection issue. I am just losing my money with GTPL.

Not working in Full flat,I have complaint to GTPL person.As per Person say me that range cover 15 mtrs.its mean approx 45 feet.My flat width 7to 10 mtrs.I have recharged for six months,
