On 19 sep Jio engineers visited my mom’s place and cut the wires since then no service. Called them since Friday 23 placed complaint 24th 2 engineers came did nothing and walked away. Called Jio and spoke to escalation team many times they give a date that someone will come but they don’t this has happened 2 times all they say is wait. Very unprofessional behaviour by the engineer and back answering to customers. I don’t want to use their services when they can’t fix the issue. No one is coming to fix the wires and resume my services
