On the false commitment from JIO sales executive (which is on record with me) that the installation would be done on the same day I agreed to make full payment on 01/10/2022 and still we await an update on installation after rigorous follow ups. JIO Sales Executive stopped answering my calls post payment & didn’t even bother to update the exact status and Customer’s time was wasted doing follow ups on all levels. This is a complete cheating by JIO and tarnishing the brand. No action has been taken against JIO executive as well as consumer had to wait for so long for installation which seems an hour’s job for other network operators?
I have lodged multiple complaints by calling Customer Care but no response as on date. Even they aren’t ready to cancel the connection and pay the amount to consumer. Shameless!
