What the hell is going on? I mean, what do you do with all our money? While it is not surprising that Kharagpur never experiences VoLTE over Airtel, there has been no 4G connection, or atleast a proper 3G connection here, in Kharagpur since a week. I even recharged my account with 400 rupees and i expect the services in return, not the carelessness of some lazy people. I hope enough complaints are filed in this regard for you to move your asses and start working.
