Text of Complaint by Ajith Abenayaka:

Recently I change my package to your freedom package (900/-). After that I am experience very poor quality internet service even I can’t a the auto filling of Facebook.. I have to wait to download even very short video for a a several minutes. And most of the time I can’t use the phone call also. I can’t sometimes dial the number and even receive the phone calls.. I am extremely disappointed to transform my previous package to your “socalled” freedom package.. if you were fail to fix this matter as soon as possible certainly I will be disconnect Airtel and change to another network please attend the matter immediately.. I try to reach your customer care agent in several days. But unfortunately I am even failed miserably that attempte..
