Paid Rs4000/- to Airtel representative( Visakhapatnam) for new Broadband connection and DTH upgradation. They promised that connection will be given in 24 hrs. But even after 5 days till now no installation has been made. Communicated them through mail , WhatsApp message/ phone call, but no proper reply.
