Hi,
I have Jio fiber connection for more than 2 years. From October 24, 2022 onwards, I am facing net connection as well as issue in viewing the OTT channels, those are part of my packages (999 plan). I’m following of with jiofiber customer care however no resolution provided yet. Jio engineer visited two times, changed the router and stb box and left. It works for few hours and then same problem I’m facing. Below are the ticket numbers raised for the issues SR00001EVTAA, 1EW7ME, 1EX1CV,1EYAY8, 1EZ068,1EZLHU,1F7CIY and most of the tickets closed without any action and my knowledge. Below two tickets are still in open status and resolution date is overdue and the customer care changes the target date from backhand, without any consultation.SR00001FOT7Z and SR00001F4GMN, technician visit time/resolution time was Nov 5 and Nov 9 respectively. However, no one visited.
Apart from the above I had written multiple email to Jiofiber customer care and Appellate_tn, however no response or action taken from their end.
I have followed them in twitter too and got only assurances.
I had recharged on October 23 and till date I have not used the service in full. As we are working from home and I’m facing these issues, I’m in mental agony and harassment from Jio team. Hence, I request the court to direct to resolve the issue immediately or disconnect the connection and compensate Rs 10000 per day for the deficiency in service till the time issue resolved along with the legal expenses incurred.
