I registered my broadband connection on 14th June,2022 and my order ID and CAF no. i already mentioned above .i now read below story properly then take necessary action
Your Marketing executive name of Mr. Kartik Mehta came to my office for a new JIo broadband connection . My office is situated at 1012 “Sun Avenue One” Ayojan Nagar, Manekbaug , Ahmedabad – 380015 . and he said that now in your building a Jio connection is available and forced me to purchase a new connection . I already have Airtel and GTPl in my office so I don’t need to buy a new connection. Then also I was ready to buy a new connection as per his request . So he registered my company on the Jio portal and forced me to pay advance 6 month charges also . I submitted all my documents in the Jio portal also . but when your engineer came for installation then he informed me that in your building Jio connection is not available so we can not installed and they went without giving connection then i called Mr. Kartik informed him that in our building Jio net work is not avaible then how can he sell ? and reqrest him for my refund . Since the last 9 days I have been following him for my refund but still I didn’t get my refunds . What are my faults ? This is the company’s fault and their marketing executive’s fault so they have to take inective for my refund but they are not take any action .
