Respected sir / maam ,

Since 2-3 months jio’s net is not working at or near my place. I live in Sukhatal , Nainital , Uttrakhand, there are a lots of jio users in this place and all are having the same problem of internet speed. We tried to contact you by calling 198 and 199 but it wasn’t useful at all.

Kindly look at the situation.
