The Airtel office of indore is inefficient in providing service. I have been trying to renew my internet connection since 15/06/19, and the executive hasn’t been complying. The registered landline number of the Airtel office’s executive is 07314987109. The female executive does not answer the calls. Twice she answered on Saturday and hung up without listening to the query. On 19/06/19, I again called and after multiple attempts she finally answered the call. After explaining to her the problem, that I was unable to find the relevant payment option on the Airtel website she said she will send someone over to collect the cheque. She hasn’t yet sent anybody , and is again not answering the calls.
I am petrified beyond measure, as I am unable to carry forward my work without the internet.
