- For the last three months since August I have been complaining to Airtel customer care everywhere since I Ported to Airtel. At first it was working fine but the last three months the internet connection started to fluctuate and then it started started to goago for hours, sometimes even days. I complained through their app which is useless and I complained through the email, I even complained through their social media pages but all they said for more than 3 months was my area has been taken into consideration for planning of future sites. I’m not able to study, use the internet not even listen to music. Everytime I complain for help to solve my internet connection, these people refuse to do anything except future planning. I was giving my online exams and my Airtel internet went away suddenly for 4 hours straight. I had to use someone else’s wifi and I got red flags in my online paper because of this internet outage. I put in service request after service request but the service request are never completed nor even registered for more than 2 days. The service request just disappears and nothing is solved by these lazy incompetent people. I asked for help from them and all they do is postpone my issue to the next month and now they are saying November. I am tired of the useless customer service doing nothing to solve my internet connection.
