I am facing lot of issue with the 4g I raised my concern, they submitted a request, first of all resolve time is 10 days and then without asking if it has been resolved, they closed the service request and I am still unable to use Internet

I again raised a new complaint with Airtel and even then they are telling me to wait for 8 days to get this resolved

I am an essential service employee, I wanted my internet up and running but no help from Airtel
