Today 21 April 2021,
I again inform you that my internet service was down from 19 April.
And above all issues I face again in both case Mobile app and Customer care team.
– My Ticket # 9135618
till the services are not restored.
– We visited your office location at ghodasar and your support team member replied that, Your service will not restore and kindly mark email for refund for your remaining periods.
Sorry to say but, Your team is not capable to sortout this type of issue.
With a fight between your team and cable operator team, your customer suffers, And that thing shameful for your team.
