I have been contacting Airtel since January 2018 to upgrade bandwidth on my connection from 2mbps to 40mbps and was always told that it is not available in your area where my friend is already using 100mbps in the same society. There is no proper response from Airtel on this and Everytime I call them they mention that we have escalated this issue and will get back to you.
