This is about the AP FIBRENER internet and TV channels service provider at Gorantla, Guntur, AP. Iam using this apfiber internet and TV channels service for about an year. The service provider not giving tv channels and internet also continually if comes also very interuptively. When asked for this issue they are not responding in proper way.Still iam using same apfiber net since in our locality there is no other tv and internet providers are there. These Apfiber net providers when asked for the service every time they asking to upgrade package and pay extra for another box for continuous service.Even I paid for upgrade also for two months but still they are not providing basic service after upgrade package also. Please address this issue so that get better internet and TV channel services.
