• the internet is not working at all. Earlier it used to work but afterwards the connectivity became very slow. It was not working half the time even when the modem shows that it is connected. Few days back it stopped working. We really want you to remove the modem and cut our Airtel connection. Even our landline is not working properly. Half the time we are unable to hear the other person. It becomes difficult to converse like this. Kindly look into the matter as soon as possible.
