I am using 2 numbers in family plan of VI. I am very much frustrated because it’s been more then 1 and half months I am complaining about my network issues and internet issue. After several complaints I decided to port my number and VI is not even providing me UPC code. According to rules I have full authority of UPC code. They gave me reason that I will have to give request to remove my number from family plan then I will be able to generate UPC code. I have given request a month ago. Even that is not happening. I have called several times to customer care and talked on senior desk to Supriya as well. They took my complaint and nothing happened. When I got really pissed off and told them that I want to talk to manager they transferred my call to Ajinkya. He told me he will handle my case personally. Now I am calling them and they are putting my call on hold for 20 to 30 mins. And Supriya is talking to me rudely and acting like they are pissed off. Even I am pissed off with the services. Still my internet is not even 2g. This is the pathetic network and even worst services..
I again got bill. Now I have bill to pay for those services which I can’t even use.

I can’t even get UPC code..? I have been with Vodafone from so long and that’s what I get in return. Your customer care agents are showing me attitude and putting me on hold. I have all the recordings of every call.
I will take this matter to court and to media. I am done.
