I have registered complaint with airtel on 28th May 2020 regarding calling and Internet issue for mobile number 8756820664. I used to do recharge with 598 where I am getting 1.5GB 4G Data everyday and unlimited calling. eventhough I am getting 2G speed due to this I am unable to complete my office work so I have to take jio 251 plan every months to complete my work on time.
I am using airtel Since Feb 2011 and now when I used to follow my complaint on twitter everytime they are asking to wait for 15 days to make it resolved also they said I should the other internet plan from others operator. according to this statement if am regular customer of airtel and then why should I do that. other thing if I am paying money for 4G speed why I am not getting it?
They are just robbing the money without having any services, even-though I received call multiple times from airtel guys they are passing the diplomatic sentences its been a 2 months but there is no ETA as of now.
there are two person named Karuna and Krishna with whom I am following they are not able to provide the update or status as they committed. they said my number will be recharged automatically by airtel team untill issue will be resolved but they currently they stops reply on the twitter where I used to take followup.
I have attached jio recharge, internet speed, and airtel recharge details.
