I am a prepaid user of Airtel from last 7 years and now from last 1 year we are facing worst experience on Call and Internet issue in my area, we are not able to make calls or other side wont able to listen our voice its horrible to make calls and Internet Speed always will be in Kb’s like 05.00 kb and will not able to download or use internet. Its very worst experience with Airtel and there is not response from customer complaint no. aslo and its happening to everyone in my colony.

kindly work with your tower and provide the service for which customer is paying. tarrif plan is charging for 4g and services are not getting even 2g network, simply we are wasting our money with Airtel worst service. if issue is occurring like this than we have to move with other network.
