- I am already contact to customer care they are not responding my issue till today actually i am using jio from fast 1 and half year from few months back onwards my jio network is down every 15 minuts its disconnected i am complained to customer care also they are not responding if in case the issuse is not resolving i am defnetly PORT out because my bussiness call are missing some times and my number is 9642522201 and my location area pincode is 533307
