Respected sir/madam,

This is to bring to your notice that I am facing internet issues since past 1 week. Although, all my bils have been already paid, internet seems to not work at all. We are not Wifi users and pay our data fees monthly. But it has gone far worse now. Even we took the internet speed test which came out to be highly disappointing as 1 Mbps. How can Airtel company be so confident and claim for fastest internet speed when nothing really works here in Praysgraj , Uttar Pradesh?

I hope to listen from you at the earliest. Please resolve our problem as it’s important to carry out online duties in this pandemic situation.
