I am not getting any update on this issue it seems your team is unable to resolve this issue within SLA time , request you to please escalate this matter to your next level if it is not getting solved from your end.
Bill relaxation also to be given to my No. 8584856427 on very month till the problem not solved as well as last 6month also.PLEASE CHECK THE USAGE AND CHARGE ACCODINGLY.

This is to update you that I am facing Network issue since past 6 months, earlier are it was working as expected. For this area pin code 721629 now it is very painful to use the Airtel Data.
Since last 6 month I reported 4 Service request but not getting proper solution.
My post-paid connection is 8584856427
Plan 499 (VIP)
My current location – Vill Garsafath, Paschim Para, PO + PS Moyna
Dist Purba Medinipur, West Bengal.
Please refund my last 6 month data pack amount Rs. 600 also as I am not able to use it at my end.
