I had installed Jio airfiber on September 6th 2024 at my residence. Speed is very low it anything between 0.18mbps to 20mbps. Where in the recharged for 100mbps. I have reached out to jio customer care atleast more than 20 times. I get raised a Service request and there is no resolution. Today been 30th September still issue is not fixed. They are not refundinh for not providing the service. People working from home has issued with slow ISP like this.
