Text of Complaint by Kavya:

My AIrtel prepaid number, unlimited pack was expired and I recharged in the night. But after recharging I am not able to use mobile data. I have checked network settings and restarted the phone. Still unable to use mobile internet.
Please resolve my issue as this is urgent for me at this moment.
