Text of Complaint by Prakash:

I am a student of IIT Kharagpur. I have bought airtel sim one year ago. Just after few months, I started facing these three problems :
1. I am not able to use the internet properly. It is a 4g sim and always recharged with unlimited packs. Most of the time the speed never crosses 50kb/ps. Severa time it shows no internet connection. It has been more than one year but no solution. Even though Volte is enabled, sometimes it shifts to 3g or 2g and still no speed.
2. A pop up began to appear very frequently which halts all the activities running in phone. Videos, ticket booking, lectures and what not.
3. Whenever i call someone, it never connects. I need to call atleast twice to get connected.

The ads of ‘India’s fastest network’ should be banned. Welcome to West bengal’s fastest network should be banned. They should not lure costumers with false statements. I have complained several times. But never get solved.
