Hi slow Airtel
I am very much unhappy with your startegy of making customer recharge on and before the validity time. Earlier the validity time was 28 days and as soon as we enter into 26 the day your so called best network failing to download 1 mb file. That is horrible ? But now you are much better as soon as we enter into 24 the day still 4 days are there for validity expire not able to load any video and image. You are loosing customers. This is not only me my friends, colleagues and family members too facing the same issue .May be lock down effected you more than common man.Before jio hits you hard do samething else like China apps people will ban Airtel . I am porting my sim . I insist my family too. Bank is much better than 4G airtel
