Hi,

I have received the mobile bill and bill amount is around 3600.While checking the bill,I have found that airtel charge 649 Rs. IR Pack charges for 4 days in current month bill.But,I have never request for IR Pack and airtel activate the Pack without my request.

I have already informed this issue with AIRTEL but they are not provide any reseponse on it.

Please check this issue and help me to resolve.
