Dear sir
I am regular customer of Vodaphone since 2004. Whenever I visit Usa canada for long time I planned of IR of ₹149. This time on 16th January I had activate on IR on my phone ₹149.(On calling 198).i received confirmed message for IR activation.I need IR for my banking,IT and share market.
On arrival Toronto 20th January I also received activation with Rogers.After 1 hr my phone is with no service.This is wrong.if there is no plan your person should inform me. I had enough time for changing company which has this type of facility.Now I am helpless.who is responsible?l need clarification soon,to enable further procedures also bill payments not clear. There is no service but payment ₹149 and plan should be compulsory.is it legal?
