Text of Complaint by Poonam Dawer:

Greetings,

I activated International Roaming  in April, 2020 on my Number – 9818923000 (under the name of Mrs. Poonam Dawer), for USA for 30 days on 12th February, 2020.

It worked fine for 2 months but  in April I again activated 30 days pack via Airtel App, since no one was answering any calls on Customer Care.

I got a confirmation from Airtel that 30 days pack is activated but to my horror Airtel activated 1 day pack of Rs. 649 for almost entire month.

Now, I have Received a bill for Rs.20,500 approx, in June for the same.

Made many calls to Airtel and send Email at 121 and Nodal Officer plus to Airtel CEO also BUT ALL IN VAIN.

I hope you resolve the billing issue and send me a corrected bill at your earliest.
