Dear Sir, My mobile no is 9007883450. I have activated international Roaming pack for 10days (Rs-899) pack. I have again reloaded Rs-599 pack on 7th dec for 1day activation. it was not activated. then again I have paid Rs-199 pack for 3 times but still internal roaming was not excuted. Finally i came back to Chennai9(India) on 8th dec. Since International roaming was not activated, i was expecting, this international roaming will be refunded but till date it is not refunded. pl look into this and refund International activated on 7th Dec.-2024.
