Recharge of International Roaming packof Rs,2998 was paid on 21.05.2023 and the pack was not activated when i was roaming abroad. I have been told that IR pack will not work for prepaid and i have been migrated to Post paid. then also IR pack was not working and my number was blocked. then i contacted dedicated heipdesk for airtel international roaming and given compliant in their App & whatapp number from 23 rd may to till date no action was taken. i could not use the mobile phone when i am in roaming and now their replying that IR pack not valid for Post paid connection. please note that i am travelling with colleagues who is holding post paid connection with same IR pack of 2998 which is working fine. l keep on informing to the heipdesk for airtel international roaming and they are very negligence and there is no response also.
