The vodafone idea international roaming sim as it travelled to india stopped working and vi service centre told to replace the sim. They gave duplicate aim(kochi kerala) and the duplicate sim worked

Now the sim travelled to singapore and THE INTERNATIONAL ROAMING STOPPED WORKING.
SIM IS ABLE TO RECOGNISE THE NETWORK BUT UNABLE TO CONNECT TO ANY OF THE NETWORKS IN SGP.
THE COMPLAINT MADE ON25TH ITSELF BUT UNRESOLVED TILL NOW
