This is in reference to complaint launched with airtel regarding international roaming on number 9997792328 reference no. mentioned below in text msg received. On this number 9997792328 have made a international roaming recharge of 3599 which provides outgoing call facility but services are denied by network and says “calls barred”.
On repeatedly taking follow up customer care not able to resolve issue and not even responding appropriately.
“Thank you for contacting us. The reference no. for your Airtel mobile 9717994878 is CCNOR30706085720, registered on 06-jul-2019 13:55.We will update you by 08-JUL-19.”
I feel u know the importance of international roaming cases which is not reflected as per response given by customer care .
Customer go on international roaming for 2 to 3 days with international roaming package and if the services are denied during these days and customer care replies repeatedly saying that services will be resumed in 48 hrs then what is the use of taking international roaming recharge.
After this horrible experience I would rather take decision to quit all relations (dth,broadband,mobile,landline)with airtel from now onwards.
