I haven’t received the roaming pack benefits which was purchased on 12 March 2022, how ever as per customer care guidance I had also tried for local and international call from the same sim card but it was not successful.
Refer attached mail copy for this communication had done with JIO appallate team.
I am asking for refund for the same but Jio team has failed to complete their commitment for refund.
