I made a recharge of 799 rupees for having international roaming benefit in Spain on 1st December. Money was deducted, and the recharge was successful (supporting image 1), but I was not able to enjoy the service. I was unable to contact airtel India customer care from email. Then I called to +919831098310 from my Spanish mobile number +34661173538 (supporting image 2) on 2nd December. They replied that my recharge has been cancelled and my money will be reimbursed within 10 days.
After 12 days, I am supposed to go back to India for a visit of 25 days, when I don’t need any international service. In the meantime, I haven’t received any reimbursed money from airtel, as they committed. Then on 12th December, I gave a message on their facebook page, and they commented there after a long time, that I have to do a 45 rupees recharge, then only I can enjoy my service. But by that time, my service wasn’t required anymore!
Why there are different people gives different message without any justifications? I was distracted by their wrong information, which made me a lot of problem here for not having my mobile network here. I attached the call records, you can check with all those. People in abroad having Indian telecom services are facing such problem is not a trivial issue. Kindly take an action against this.
My complaints:
- Why the customer care executor gave me a wrong message, that my recharge was unsuccessful ?
- In facebook page, I have started conversation about the issue, they gave me the correct information regarding my recharge after more than 50 hours, before of this they were just wasting time.
- The senior executor had no information regarding their junior executor staffs were giving wrong information, without any knowledge.
- “Discrepancy in knowledge between the executor” is a trouble for the customers, specially those are staying in abroad while they cannot make a call to solve the problem.
