Good day sir
My self Maheep singh, i am outside india right now. I have recharge my mobile with 1499 with my banking app. but recharge shows in airtel transactions but sim was showing inactive on airtel app.
Then again i did Rs10 recharge with airtel app, airtel app showing balance in it. but sim showing still inactive.
Then again i recharge with 49 with airtel app, This time it showing balance with validity.
But my international roaming pack still not working, why just because i did recharge with my mobile banking.
Please sir help me.
I already mailed 2-3 times on 121@in.airtel.com. but no reply from their side.
I hope you understand my situation and need of internet outside india.
