Airtel has provided a false advertisement for the International roaming package while activating the IR pack @649/day, and the validity is 1 day, however, nowhere is it mentioned that this pack will keep on getting activated automatically till the time you are on international roaming.
This has led to an exorbitant bill of 20 times what I normally pay, I only intended to activate this for a day under the assumption it won’t continue afterward.
Also, I have constantly been harassed and bullied by Airtel executives to pay the amount for a service I did not use. The nodal and appellate team also wasn’t able to address my grievance and have not responded to my last email.
My outgoing calls are blocked and i cannot port to other service providers, this is a pure harassment and attempt to corner customer to pay whatever charges Airtel is demanding.
