Hi ,
I use Airtel post paid number(9177217733). When i was in abroad(USA) on a business trip, an international roaming offer was activated on my mobile number without my notice. I haven’t requested any roaming offer.
Airtel customer service is not prompt in addressing this issue, They have charged Rs.10,000 as bill and support it saying it as default offer activated and it is valid.Without customer notice Airtel has activated roaming offer and claims that it to be a default offer.
I have brought this issue to Airtel customer care many times but they haven’t addressed the issue. Airtel customer service is very poor.
I would like to take proper action in this case and do the needful.
