Hi,
I have activated JIO IR services on 28th of April, 2019 and the same day i traveled to USA. I paid INR. 2875 for IR services. but due to bad network i couldn’t able to use the JIO. Hence i asked from day 1 to help JIO, there is careless responses from JIO. Ultimately i have finished one week, without using JIO services, I have not done single call and not received call. I have losses 2875 simply. So day one on wards we are following up on issues, no body solved. Now i came back to India and asked for refund, since i haven’t used the service. I have already raised more than 3 complaints for refund. still no calls from JIO to solve my issues. very bad service which i haven’t seen from other network provider.
