I had taken International Roaming on 08.07.22 for my Mother when she was leaving to USA on 09.07.22, however the services could not start when she landed there and accordingly I started complaining over phone – 121 and email – since she has prepaid no., the email id is not registered, so they are not taking complaints over email and have a standard reply of registering the email through 121. Now my mother being in USA, how she can register the email id over phone. Have done couple of tweets for the refund of money, but still no reply from the Company.
