I switched to Airtel postpaid from the BSNL network (+917069049891) in the month of Feb2022. At that time I had discussed with the subhanpura (Vadodara) Airtel store that I will be travelling to the US and I need to activate international roaming so that I can receive at least an SMS notification. As per the discussion they told me that I can activate the same from My Airtel application before one day of my departure from India. I did the same and I was unable to find the network upon landing. It was really disappointing as I was completely relying on the Airtel network. I was helpless when I landed in the US (31st March 2022) and still facing the same issue today after 14 days. I had a discussion yesterday with Ms. Disha (Natubhai Circle Branch)on 9th April 2022 and it is still unclear about the network issue. I request you to resolve this issue on priority as all my Indian personal and banking work is hampering. I have mailed regarding this to customercare@ng.airtel.com and nextgen.natucircle@airtel.com on 7th April2022.
