Currently I am staying in Saudi Arabia on temporary basis and International Roaming (ISD) is enabled on my number (+91-9642062464) without my approval and I could see the charges Incurred in my postpaid bill which is 5447 whereas I generally pay around 900 per month (which is my family plan).
I have been a customer of Airtel for over 10+ years now and I am disappointed with the service. Request your Intervention in this matter.
