Dear Sir / Madam,
I had recharged by JIO Pre-Paid SIM for an International Roaming Pack of INR 2,875 (2 weeks pack) on 16th September, 2018 for my travel to Germany from 17th to 23rd September, 2018. The travel was from Bangalore to Frankfurt via a transit stopover in Abu Dhabi.
The SIM worked in Abu Dhabi both during my to and fro travel only in Abu Dhabi. It did not work in Germany where I spent bulk of my time. Please note Abu Dhabi was only a transit and I did not move out of the Airport. The real intend to go for the International Roaming pack was to use the phone in Germany for my travel from 17th to 22nd September. However despite follow-ups and support from JIO, the SIM did not work in Germany either for calls or the Internet.
I have been following up with JIO Care since 18th September for connectivity and later for refund post my return to India. However, there has been no resolution to the issue. I had to buy a LYCA SIM locally paying Euros worth INR 2,710 to stay connected to my family in India. I need your support to help me get my refund for the JIO International Roaming activated by me on 16th September. I have all correspondence details of my email transactions with JIO Care.
