I activated ISD roaming pack and took 30days plan so that I can get 5GB of data although my tour was only for 15 days .
Once I landed overseas data pack was not working at all call 10-12 time but they were just ensuring that within 4rs will resolve the issue but till date 4hrs never came ..
Lots of mail chain lots of call but no resolution just a standard answer we are sorry ,
Now the bill generated and they are demanding for 5k .
They are not supposed to charge the bill for the services which they didn’t provided although I suffered a lot during my stay in Singapore and Australia..
They ruin my trip almost .
Almost 30 times I connected with customer care but they are not capable to resolve the issue just they are playing around the bush.
